RUN-OF-SHOW @ 1:00 PM
MANDATORY! All seniors and their quilt givers will meet Ms. Warden, Mr. Goldie, and Mr. Lindner in the parking lot after lunch (at 1:00 pm) for graduation run-of-show to get instructions on where to walk, sit, stand, and speak during the graduation ceremony. Seniors will probably be done at @ 2:00 pm and are free to go home early. Quilt givers will stay to go over more specific instructions for their responsibilities and will be done by 3:00 pm.

We are excited to host Graduation outside at GWCS this year. GWCS underclassmen families, alumni, and community members who would like to attend, please RSVP HERE by Wednesday, June 8th, so that we are sure to have enough seats. If you are volunteering or participating in graduation you do not need to RSVP. Senior families should have already RSVP’d using THIS FORM.
Reception:
We have arranged for two (maybe three) food vendors, Dogs on the Curb, and Jake’s Ice Cream for the reception following our graduation ceremony. All are welcome to stay and help us celebrate our seniors.

BRING A BOOK TO FINALS!
Students will stay in their classroom for the duration of the exam tome. Bring a book, magazines, puzzle, journal… something quiet. Computers and phones will not be allowed.
SCHOOL OPTIONAL W/ PARENT PERMISSION
Students do not have to come to school or stay at school during days/times they do not have a final exam, project, presentation or class Q&A session will have silent study hall in a classroom. Parents should REPORT HERE, at least 24 hours in advance, if student will not be at school.

June 9: Thursday afternoon: Graduation rehearsal at 1:00 pm for seniors and underclassmen Quilt Givers. All participating must attend! Be at school NLT 12:30 pm.

June 10: Friday afternoon we will have our End-of-the-Year BBQ and annual staff vs. students’ basketball game from 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm. Parents and siblings are invited (weather permitting)!
