Personal Fitness Grading Guidelines…
Hello everyone!
We just wrapped up an amazing first quarter of Personal Fitness at the Audrey Moore Rec Center! You’ve mastered traffic flow, learned your way around the weight machines, heavy weights, and cardio equipment, and even had one-on-one time with our trainer, Maureen. Way to go — we’re proud of you!
Second Quarter Grading Criteria
(Remember: your Personal Fitness grade counts the same in your GPA as AP Calculus, so expectations are rising!)
1 point → Arrive on time and check in with a teacher right away
1 point → Show a positive attitude throughout class
1 point → Use time wisely: work out productively and with effort for the full class period (8:00–8:30).
Note: The first van back to school departs at 8:35.
Courtesy Reminders
The Audrey Moore Rec Center is a shared public space. Please:
Keep voices low
Store belongings safely to avoid tripping hazards
Wipe down equipment after use
We’re excited to kick off a strong, energized second quarter with all of you. Let’s keep the momentum going!
