Every year the Coyote PAC organizes an incredible online auction!
The funds raised through the auction have a direct impact on every GWCS student
by supporting and enhancing student trips, ongoing teacher education,
enhanced technology, and the traditions that make GWCS.

GWCS Auction Reminder: Items and Donation Forms Due ASAP!
Dear Wonderful GWCS Community,
Thank you again -- so much -- to everyone who has procured or donated an item (or items!) for the GWCS 2019 Online Auction. I am in awe of the amazing items we will have up for bid this year.
I do need everyone's help, though, to get all the items ready to go. If you have not done so already, please enter your donations into the online donation form as soon as possible (deadline was March 1st). Please remember to enter a picture of your item and the name of the business that donated the item. If your donation is a repeat from last year, you can refer to the 2018 Auction and reuse the description and photos.
If you have procured or are donating an item, you must complete the online donation form ASAP!
Unfortunately, I am unable to complete the forms for you since I don't have all the information needed. I am available, however, if you have any questions or need help.

AUCTION ONLINE DONATION FORM COMPLETION…

AUCTION DONATION DEADLINE COUNTDOWN…
Today marks 10 DAYS until the March 1st deadline for donation collection for the GWCS Annual Online Auction. This year, our goal is for each GWCS family to procure at least one item/service for our auction. I use the word 'procure' purposefully - we are not asking you to buy an item, but to seek out a donation from a local business or donate a skill of value to our GWCS community. Utilize existing relationships you have with local businesses! Ask your hairstylist, nail tech, favorite restaurant, coffee shop, wine shop, gym...the list is endless. What would you want to see donated to the auction? BE CREATIVE!!
The Donation Letter and Donation Form can be downloaded from the GWCS Support Us page. You can also find the link to the online donation form on that page as well. Please submit all donations and online donation forms by Friday, March 1st.
Remember, all funds raised through the auction directly benefit our students. Thank you so much for your support.

The Auction Committee needs your help! This year our goal is for each GWCS family to procure at least one item/service for our auction. Utilize existing relationships you have with local businesses. Ask your hairstylist, nail tech, favorite restaurant, coffee shop, wine shop, gym...the list is endless. What would you want to see donated to the auction? BE CREATIVE!!

Please submit all donations and online donation forms by Friday, March 1st.

GWCS ONLINE AUCTION KICKOFF…
Do you have any unopened presents from the holidays that are just not your style laying around the house? We will take them off your hands! Do you have a special skill or talent you can share with the GWCS Community?
Donation hunting for this year's online auction is in full swing. This year our goal is for each GWCS family to procure at least one item/service for our auction. BE CREATIVE!! Helpful Hint - Utilize existing relationships you have with local businesses. This is where you will get donations.

Donations and completed donation forms are due to me by Friday, March 1st.
