One Week Vacation in Maine Summer Home on Frye Island.

Frye Island is a community of approx. 450 homes, open May through October. It lies 1/4 mile off Raymond Cape in the center of Big Sebago, Maine's second-largest lake.  About 2.5 miles long by 1.5 miles wide.  Maximum routine occupancy is 6 people, with room for 2 overnight guests on the sofa bed.  The island opens at the end of April or beginning of May, depending on when the ice melts, and closes at the beginning of November.  At least 3 weeks advance notice is required to ensure that the house is open, clean, and everything is in working order.  The month of August has limited availability.  Columbus Day weekend is usually not available due to Town Meeting.

This one-week package is valid from May through October 2010 or 2011.  Additional adjacent weeks are available at market rate.  Questions?  Contact:
