Mon., Tue., Wed. & Fri

7:00 am - 9:00 am

Wakefield Gym

Annandale, VA

Thursdays: Meet at school at 8:30 am to review films and go over strategy.

We do not practice on game days.  If we have a game on a Mon., Tue., Wed. or Fri we will not meet at the gym.  Instead, we will meet at the school for first period, 8:30 a.m.  We will discuss game strategy, watch game film, and prepare for the next opponent.

In our league, white jerseys must be worn by the  home teams. That means that if you do not have your white uniform then you will not be allowed to play in the game! (Uniforms should be washed in cold water and tumbled dry on LOW HEAT; Do not dry-clean)
