Welcome! This site contains several things that I have made and decided to put on the internet. If that's not enough information for you, please read the extended version of the introduction below. Have fun! - Sam Lindner

The Genesis of All-American Moose

An Epic Tale of Woe.

In the beginning*, I learned about the existence of Microsoft PowerPoint. I idly played with it in my spare time and, after I saw a friend do the same, I started, but never finished, a few slideshow movies. Then, in my junior year of high school (2005-2006), I acquired Macromedia Flash**. I had heard of this mysterious software, and had seen several movies and games made with it***. At first, I had no idea how to use it****, but lo, after months of trial and error, I completed my first movie. It was entitled “Omelette du Fromage” and makes absolutely no sense unless I explain it in detail. The next year, my English teacher gave us the option of making a drawing or animation for a section of each book we were going to read for points*****. Everyone was so impressed by my work that, every day, people would bug me until I showed them something I made. So now I’ve made this website to post my stuff on so I can just tell them the URL. Oh, and in case you’re wondering, the name “All-American Moose” was conceived by my older brother during a conversation about weird band names.

P. S. Hooray for asterisks!

*My freshman year of high school.

**This is before they were bought by Adobe.

***Including a few made by the aforementioned friend.

****Symbols? Tweening? ActionScript?!
